Once we get the confirmation of order received from buyer through mail. Advance OR full Payment will be processed to their registered accounts. Anji Adhesive Labels reserves the right to terminate a seller’s payments in case of discrepancy in order completion or in case of noncompliance of conditions stipulated for order completion.

Third-Party Services:
If Anji Adhesive Labels receives notice that your shop content or activity or payment method violates a third-party service agreement that is the bank of which you have your account. We may at our sole discretion take action against your account to comply with their policies. Such actions may include cancelling a transaction, disabling listings from your shop, suspending your selling privileges or removing certain payment methods. Sellers will not impersonate any person or use any name they are not legally authorised to use. Sellers authorise us, and authorised agents, to verify their information by accessing public records and obtaining credit reports about the sellers. Anji Adhesive Labels verifies sellers’ information in order to safeguard the integrity of the marketplace and reduce the risk of fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, and the violation of trade sanctions.
Disputes:
Sellers agree to resolve any disputes directly with a buyer and refund tools available on Anji Adhesive Labels, and in accordance with our refund policy. In the event that a dispute is escalated to Anji Adhesive Labels’s Support Team, Anji Adhesive Labels reserves the right to issue a refund to a buyer if a transaction is found to be in violation of Anji Adhesive Labels policies.

Sellers are responsible for dispatching ordered items to buyers. If you are using a delivery orfulfilment service, please keep in mind that you are ultimately responsible for making sure thatyour buyers receive their items as per their orders.

Before you update your processing time for a specific order, you must first obtain your buyer’s consent.

If seller does not have resources for delivering item on his own. it can contact Anji Adhesive Labels and we would arrange the delivery for him. The seller has to provide with all the details of shipment.
