  • Report any damaged or defective items within 48 hours of delivery, along with supporting photos/videos.

How to request a replacement:

  • Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Replacement Terms:

  • Replacements are subject to stock availability.

  • If a replacement is not available, we may offer an alternate item of equal value.

  • Approved replacements will be dispatched within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
